Torquirhynchia  inconstans  (Sowerby 1821)
From the Jurassic,Kimmeridgian .
Collected from Ringstead bay near Weymouth ,Dorset ,England.
Nice inflated Rhynchonellid brachiopod from the Basal Kimmeridge clay.
There is a small area of non preservation on the reverse (See pic 5)
Good 3d preservation ,loose from matrix and measuring 28mm x 26mm.

Be advised, the specimen has been attached onto the white tray of the display box, with Blu-tac,removing it from the display case may damage the back of the specimen as it may be fragile!
This has been done to ensure the specimen is safe and secure for display and during transport.
