Collected from Warden Point, Isle of Sheppey, Kent.
Interesting piece of fossilised wood from the London Clay,Polished to a high shine,with epifauna in the form of Bivalve boring tubes,these are confusingly called ship worm,but its actually caused by the rasping radula tongue of a bivalve.
The entire specimen measures 91mm x 80mm.
