A super detailed partial jaw with two teeth,from this unusual looking Amphibian the name Cacops means
"Ugly look"
There are three species of Cacops from the Permian
C. aspidephorus
C. morrisi
C. woehri
This specimen could be from any of the above as they are mostly differentiated by the skull shape.
The jaw section is loose from matrix and contained within a small circular display container then in a clear fronted display box.
Jaw measures 10mm.
